Grapes for Sale from Chatham, VA
We are thrilled to introduce ourselves as the new owners of an established vineyard located in the beautiful Southwest Region in Chatham, VA. We are excited to offer our premium grapes for sale this season from our newly named Bivins Family Vineyard. Our vineyard spans 4 acres, with each acre dedicated to a different grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Traminette, Muscat Blanc, and Petite Verdot.
Grape Varieties and Yield:
• Cabernet Sauvignon: 2 tons per acre
• Traminette: 2 tons per acre
• Muscat Blanc: 1.5 tons per acre
• Petite Verdot: 2 tons per acre
Our vines are around 12 years old, and we are committed to maintaining the high standards set by the previous owners. We are working closely with a vineyard consultant to ensure the health and productivity of our vines.
We are selling our grapes based on the previous year's Virginia Commercial Grape report and will include a 5% fee for labor and delivery.
