Lake Road Winery is located at the quaint town of Newport, well known as the Town with Old Fashion Courtesy. We are located 20 minutes from the beaches of the Southern Outer Banks and the Crystal Coast.
We specialize in wines made from local fruits and berries and grapes grown in the Yadkin Valley.

Lu Mil Vineyard
We are located on the family farm of Lucille & Miller Taylor. We sell muscadine grape products from wine, juice, jams, jellies, sauces, etc. We also offer free wine tasting daily in our Gift Shop. Self tours are available daily & group tours can be scheduled. We have a large event facility that can be rented for weddings, receptions, reunions, concerts, dinner shows, etc.

In 1977 the Martin family moved to Knott's Island. Upon their arrival, they started their farm with Peaches and Scuppernong grapes. It was a decade later in 1987 when they started planting Vinifera grapes. 
Silver Coast Winery is a working winery with an annual production of 5,400 cases. They offer detailed tours starting from the grapevines and ending in the wine cellars.
