Wine List: Premium Wines Dry Whites 2005 Viognier - Made from a French varietal, this crisp wine is characterized by pear and apple notes. 2005 Pinot Gris - Also known by the Italian name Pinot Grigio, this is a light and lively wine. 2005 Chardonnay Doux - A softer but still crisp Chardonnay. Sweet Whites 2005 Illumination - A blend of Traminette and Vidal Blanc. This is a slightly sweet wine that is delightful served lightly chilled. 2005 Niagara - Primarily made from its’ namesake American grape, our Niagara embodies the best characteristics of the varietal with subtle flavors and light sweetness. Blush 2005 BellaSelena - A blend of Traminette, Vidal Blanc, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A beautiful semi-sweet wine named after our daughters. Dry Red 2004 Merlot - Light on tannin with a great, fruity bouquet, this wine will compliment any meal. Reserve Wines Dry White 2004 Chardonnay - Barrel aged for 14 months in French Oak, this Chardonnay is silky and complex. Dry Reds 2004 Synchronicity - This medium bodied red blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Touriga, and Mourvedre. More than the sum of its parts, Synchronicity will intrigue your palette. 2004 Beneficence - We are SOLD OUT of this wonderful wine. Please come taste our other reds that are just as good! Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah from Sara House‘s vineyard in Summerfield make up a blend that is light bodied yet finishes boldly with spice. This wine will pair well with beef or lamb dishes. 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon – An elegant and rich Cabernet, this wine is ready to drink now but will continue to improve in your cellar. Sweet Red 2005 Vin De Narle’ - A full bodied dessert wine, reminiscent of a Port. Fermented up to 17% alcohol and crafted to yield an intense concentration of flavor, this wine is deserving of the name.
