‘Great Steaks’ and fine wine - the perfect cross. Once the domain of bobcats and beavers, our new vineyard is tucked away on the headwaters of Goose Creek in Mint Hill, NC, just 15 miles east of Charlotte. Almost by accident, we learned our family farm would grow more than top quality Angus beef cattle, it grows wonderful Merlot grapes. For several years as a hobby, we made table wines to compliment our beef sales, and plan on growing up to 5 acres of Merlot and Traminette grapes for sale to nearby NC wineries. We will not build a winery, but plan on hosting private steak & wine tasting parties from our deck along historic and scenic Goose Creek.
