Glen Marie Vineyards and Winery
Glendale and Joyce Marie Dickey developed an interest in making wine after visiting wineries while vacationing. The Anderson Vineyard was established in 2000 with 23 varieties of French hybrids and American grapes. Joyce and Glendale are retired and work full time on their wine with help from friends and family.

Grove Winery handcrafts premium wines, grown in North Carolina and Virginia. The 3200 square foot winery has a capacity of 4200 cases (10,000 gallons).
The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon from Iron Gate Vineyards in Mebane took home the N.C. Winegrowers Cup and Best of Show honors in the fifth annual N.C. State Fair Commercial Wine Competition held Monday, Oct. 10.
