- Friday (NC Grand Wine & Food Tasting),
- Saturday (including lunch and dinner) and

- Walk-up charges (On-site Registration) will be an additional $35 for each member/associate and $55 per non-member wishing to attend.
- If you plan on bringing a guest for either the Friday night Wine & Food Tasting or Saturday dinner only, you can pay for these on the Pay page following completion of this form. For Total Attendees below, only indicate those attending the conference.
